Christina has conceptualized, developed, and presented many workshops focusing on contract and risk management, architected an organic recruitment strategy to promote employment opportunities via social media and individual outreach, while she coached and trained new recruits on a wide variety of topics. Earlier in her career, Christina gained valuable experience in building new construction communities and she successfully leveraged this experience and advanced to directing Northern California’s 15 regional offices and more than 2,000 agents, where she emphasized marketing tactics and advertising.
